1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CrochetPattern (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Pattern usage rights. Patterns generated on the Service are licensed for personal use: crochet as many finished items as you like, sell those finished items at markets, on Etsy, or by commission, and print copies of the chart and instructions for your own workroom. What you may not do is resell or redistribute the pattern files themselves — the charts and written instructions remain the property of the Service. Finished objects are yours fully, including commercially; the pattern text is not a product you may resell.

Accuracy disclaimer. Stitch counts are computed mathematically and verified before publication, which eliminates the most common failure mode of AI-written patterns. Crochet remains a hands-on craft: gauge, yarn substitution, and individual tension affect outcomes. Patterns are provided as AI-assisted guides — work a swatch, check counts as you go, and double-check before starting a large project. the terms and provision of this agreement. 2. Description of Service

CrochetPattern provides AI-powered image generation services that allow users to create images from text descriptions. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Generate sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW content. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind
  • Nudity, semi-nude, or partially clothed content in sexual contexts
  • Sexually suggestive poses, scenes, or contexts
  • Adult-oriented content including sexual acts, fetishes, or erotic material
  • Any content intended for sexual arousal or gratification
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Generate content for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text prompts you submit and the images generated by the Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated images for both personal and commercial purposes.

4.2 Service Content

The Service itself, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by CrochetPattern and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

4.3 Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images does not infringe on any third-party rights. While we use AI models trained on publicly available data, we cannot guarantee that generated images will not resemble existing copyrighted works.

5. Privacy and Data

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any images generated will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
